Paul Smith Spectacles - Men’s Runway Spring 2010
Paul Smith Spectacles enjoyed a strong presence on the runway at the Men’s Paul Smith Resort/Spring 2010 Fashion Show last week! Frames accessorizing the Collection included optical versions of popular sun styles (Farren, 386), as well as several mirrored lenses. Special runway pieces (3003, 3007) included existing styles in crystal with gradient colored temples.
Taking things down a more casual route, British designer Paul Smith presented a laidback collection for the 2010 spring season. His Parisian showcase was marked by a number of contemporary sportswear and streetwear approaches with some nice modern touches thanks to the use of technical fabrics unlike his usual references to “gentleman’s sports”. To cap things off, Paul himself made a trip down the runway to the tune of MJ’s “Thriller” as a fitting tribute to the unfortunate passing of a legend. - via Hypebeast
