West Coast Market Merchandiser – Northern or Southern California

Store Visits

• · Be Brand Ambassador in the field to maximize Brand exposure.
• · Build and maintain relationship with buyers, sales associates and management of stores.
• · Liaison between the Customer, Sales and Corporate.
• · Maintain department store and Chain accounts in California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii and Utah.
• · Brand Training at the retail level on a regular basis.
  •    — Up to date product knowledge on all styles in each collection.
  •    — Present product information to retail sales associates through power point presentations, meetings and events.
• · Take regular inventory of product.
• · Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure displays spotlight top-selling frames.
• · Be an expert on trends and competition in your region.
• · Help achieve department sales goals.
• · Provide store and product feedback through conference calls, store reports and recaps.
• · Assist sales associates in selling activities.
• · Work with Trade Marketing on execution of plans

Event Planning

• · Stay up to date with department store events and calendar.
• · Plan and execute focus days, events and trunk shows in conjunction with key marketing strategies.

Travel

• · Ensure travel is in line with budget and maximizes exposure to the brand.
